Most managers never receive the leadership training they need:
- New leaders are often thrown in without support and left to figure it out
- Experienced managers plateau after a few years, repeating old habits instead of growing
- Traditional leadership programs are expensive, time consuming and overloaded with theory
The Result? Teams disengage, performance suffers, and businesses lose out on leadership potential.

How much time does it take?
Each weekly challenge takes 10–15 minutes to learn and anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour to apply during their normal work and spread over the week. It’s designed to fit into busy managers’ schedules.
How to get the best results?
If you want to get the most out of the 12 week challenge, we recommend having several communication moments at the start, during and end of the challenge. A great way to reinforce the learning is by senior managers bringing it up with their direct reports who are also in the challenge so that they can share wins and struggles. Individual and/or group coaching is an add-on that can enhance the learning.
